Mary Alice Cisneros

A lifelong resident of District 1, born and raised in Prospect Hill, Mary Alice Cisneros grew up working in her parents grocery store and bakery on Perez Street.

A graduate of Providence High School, Mary Alice attended San Antonio College and Our Lady of the Lake University.

Mary Alice has been honored as the 1985 Outstanding Democratic Woman of theYear; was selected for the San Antonio Hall of Fame as well as the Women's Hall of Fame; and was appointed a delegate to the Democratic National Committee in 1988.
